social research
Exploration of digital tools and technologies to question the modern reality where human life is deeply intertwined with digital platforms. She seeks to understand new systems of interaction and leverage emerging developments to create meaningful social impact.
She investigates the intersection of culture, sustainability, and design, using material research as a tool to question dominant systems of production. By drawing on traditional knowledge and everyday rituals, her work explores new possibilities for more connected, conscious ways of making.
She approaches social research through interviews, field observation, and direct engagement with communities, uncovering the personal and collective narratives that shape identity and belonging. Her work is grounded in lived experience and dialogue, exploring how memory, place, and culture intersect.

the Breakingame aims to reflect on and expose screen addiction as it has taken hold among both youth and adults in modern society. The game highlights the positive connotation of the word “break” by trapping users in a continuous loop of digital stimuli until they are eventually released, bringing them back into the physical world. Seeking information in the digital world triggers dopamine release in the brain—a chemical that makes us feel good. Today, people chase this dopamine high by endlessly scrolling through their phones. Free time has come to mean screen time. She developed this project inspired by the personal process of learning to take real breaks—from both responsibilities and screen exposure. By examining those idle moments when she found herself lost in digital scrolling, she chose to reveal an intimate space: the bathroom. A private moment shared only between user and screen. No judgment. No guilt. Just scrolling time away.

Free time means time to scroll on a screen... ...the user and the screen interact, with no judgment, no guilt, just scrolling their time out.
